Why the Avid BB7 upgrade for T-tris is more expensive than for the TRIcon?
The T-Tris has a standard king pins in its basic version (Alivio components). These king pins are without quick releases. Those can be used only with drum brakes. So if a customer wants disc brakes he has to pay for those better king pins which we call "UNI king pins" and also for disc brakes.

On the other hand the TRIcon as a top level ultra folding trike, has the UNI king pins in standard also for drum brakes so the customer asking discs need to pay only the upcharge for the disc brakes.

Can you tell me if i can transform AZUB MAX into the AZUB 5? Are the frames same?
The MAX, 5 and MINI have different frames and you cannot change it into another model. The only possibility would be to change from MAX to MINI, but also in this case the steering geometry is not really perfect. But it works quite fine.

It is the same with Ibex, Apus and Bufo.
